1. Return Policy
ambrova.in follows a conditional return and refund policy.
Customers who have purchased a product from https://ambrova.in may request a return at the time of delivery if they are not satisfied with the quality of the product.
Reporting a Faulty Product
- Any item found faulty at the time of delivery must be reported within 2 days of delivery (including weekends and holidays).
- The return request must be initiated within 12 hours from the time of delivery.
- The product must not be damaged after delivery.
- The original bill/invoice must be returned along with the product.

2. Return Conditions
We accept return requests only if:
- The item is unopened and unused.
- Original tags are intact.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The item is in the same condition as received.
We do not accept returns for:
- Perishable items
- Intimate items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable/digital products
- Beauty items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive the returned product:
- Our team will inspect the item.
- You will receive an email confirming receipt.
- You will receive a follow-up email informing you whether your return is approved or rejected.
If approved:
- The refund will be processed within two (2) weeks.
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
- If replacement is not possible, ambrova.in will refund the full transaction amount paid by the customer in Indian Rupees.
Refunds will be processed via:
- NEFT
- RTGS
- Online banking
- Any electronic fund transfer system approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
4. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange.
To begin the exchange process: 📧 Email contactus@ambrova.in within 2 days of receiving the product.
5. Return Shipping
After submitting your return request:
- We will send you a return shipping label (PDF format).
- Please print and attach it securely to your package.
Return shipping costs:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Final Sale Items
Products marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
